Today’s Affirmation:
Peace sits within my heart as a glimmer of hope.
Just as the flame of the candle slowly but surely permeates the darkness with light, so too is peace permeating my heart with the light of hope.
In this moment, I reflect on that tiny flicker of light within me. I relax into it, allowing it to gently spread through my body, the space around me, this room, and all space beyond.
The glowing warmth of the expanding light settles within me as comfort—knowing in this moment that humanity and all life are worthy of my sincere, heartfelt attention to peace.
I contribute my Peace Droplet in calming the collective energy on my Earth home.
