Currently, we are living in an imbalanced state of contrasts on this tiny sphere of a home. Chaos and fear collapse positive beliefs. Dominant paralyzing thoughts, like blinders limiting our visual field, are not easily dismissible or are difficult to process.
We live on a globe suspended in nothingness, the incredible vastness of space. It is everything!
Consider the PeaceWave.
The PeaceWave is movement of optimistic, positive energy flowing daily around the Earth. Your thoughts, along with others, focus on peace collectively to uplift humanity. Reflect for a moment, 5 minutes, or 60 minutes – it’s your choice how long – anytime during the hour. The hour begins at 8:30 p.m. in each time zone as this ‘Wave of Peace’ continuously flows around the planet daily, building momentum.
Often, individually, we underestimate the impact of our potential to bring about optimistic change. Studies that measure the very real effects of meditation, prayer, or intention highlight the power to alter matter.

As you focus on fear, fear grows.
As you focus on peace, peace grows.

We forget or don’t realize we have the power to choose our thoughts. Everything around you and what you experience began as a thought. It was taking action on that thought that then made it into form. In other words, thoughts are things!
Peace chosen can indeed be brought into form – even if it is only you who chooses it. Imagine the beautiful power as the wave builds when we join together!
As ‘Peace Droplets’ we build the PeaceWave with intentional bursts of belief, daily consistency, and trust in the power to change.

- Do your reflection anytime between 8:30-9:30 p.m. in the time zone you are in. It is this that builds the momentum. You can then go to bed with peace on your mind.
- Listen to the daily affirmation at the start of your reflection. It can help you to focus.
- Choose which way you wish to participate in the PeaceWave; reflecting, holding intention, focus, meditation, prayer, etc.
- Spend 5 minutes or up to 60 minutes reflecting on peace in our world.
- Hug yourself when you finish to keep your peace with you as well!
NOTE – there are 1,440 minutes in a day.
Five minutes leaves you with 1,435 minutes to do the rest of your day!
